The numerologically proficient executive understands the natural abilities of his/her team and aligns these abilities with suitable roles, as necessary. The major dysfunction of any corporate team is the misuse of talent. People aren’t being placed in positions that suit their skill set and what they’re realistically able to do well. This concept is critical to the name as opposed to the birth date.
If I came into any organization that wasn’t operating optimally and looked at the deficits in the name, the missing vibrations, I’d find that most people are in a position that asks them to produce from their areas of deficiency. Can Charlene really be an effective project manager when she has no frequencies of organization and structure in her name? I doubt it highly.
Mapping people to roles that make vibrational sense is key. Not only would your employees be happier, they’d have an opportunity to shine; and once the karmic lessons—deficient areas—are identified, you can create an improvement plan to ramp up those specific skills.
Take for instance, you’ve just hired the outgoing, ambitious, and innovative Sky Bell to be your new COO. You were so excited to snatch her up from your industry rival. She has pioneered and spearheaded global projects, she has a ton of innovative ideas, and the projects she heads all have favorable outcomes and long trajectories. It seems, everything she touches turns to gold.
However, during the day-to-day operations you, the CEO, discover that while she has a ton of creative ideas and knows how to delegate them, she lacks the financial discipline to maintain the budget, ensuring the company’s bottom line is always in the black and under cost for projects. She doesn’t know how to codify procedures and create functional systems that department heads can implement and disperse among their team members. Organization, structure, and managing people are not her strengths. Finally, to top it all off, she has led global projects in the past based on other team members’ connections and has no interest in foreign affairs, nor does she foster an attitude of compassion and humanitarianism.
Why is this the case? She’s lacking the 4, 8, and 9 vibrations from her name and these vibrations aren’t represented as her Destiny or Expression Number, which is the sum of her name. And you thought you had a winner on your hands. Was Sky really a great catch? Or was she really a foul ball who was thrown into the crowd, and you were the unwitting dupe in the front row who was hit on the head? Chances are, she was on her way out of her previous position and got in front of it before the axe came down? Don’t get duped … get divine guidance from the numbers.
